This program is intended for anyone that is looking to do any of the following:

The Program:

Every week includes two 30-40 minute total body interval workouts and one 30-40 minute recovery or core workout.

Week 1: This is a learning through movement practice week - Spend a few minutes each day learning some basic biomechanical movement & stability principles that will be the foundation of your workouts. Here you will begin your path to moving safely, effectively and getting in great shape at the same time.

Week 2: Begin your workouts! Based on the introduction, learn a series of exercises slowly first in order to understand movement patterns.

Week 3: Progressions, faster movement patterns and incorporating low impact cardio into the interval workouts.

Weeks 4 – 6: Continue to build on the basics. These workouts will be somewhat repetitive in order for muscle memory to occur but no two workouts will be the same- you WON’T be bored. And you will continue to get one core or recovery workout a week.
