Please note that the LIVE Virtual “Move it or Lose it” Class is currently at full capacity. Because there is such a demand for this type of class but I cannot accept any more participants I am offering a video library of a selection of the recorded live classes at a very affordable rate of $8/month (that is than $1/class if you do 2 of the recordings each week).
