Group coaching begins whenever there is enough to form a new group. We will pick a time that is most convenient for the majority of the group.

This group is intended for women that are looking to do any or all of the following:

  • Make positive changes to eating habits

  • Lose weight and keep it off

  • Get fit and stay fit

  • Maintain or create a healthy body and achieve physical wellness

  • Feel better and move better

  • Have more energy

  • Make yourself and your health a priority

  • Create balance in your life

  • Connect with like-minded women

Why group Wellness Coaching?

It is easy to feel alone in your challenges, especially these days when we are not able to be as connected to those you consider to be your support system. Group coaching offers a supportive environment to work through issues with people that have similar goals. You will receive positive support from others and you will be able to support others as you grow. You will benefit from learning with others, as each participant offers knowledge to contribute to the collective wisdom of the group. Not only do you have the benefit of a coach, you also have the benefit of other inquisitive and thoughtful women who are seeking growth and positive change.

The process

People don’t change over-night—Many studies including an extensive study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology reveal that it takes an average of 3 months to create long lasting positive habits. This group coaching will be a 3-month process meeting once a week via Zoom for the first 6 weeks and then once every other week for the 2nd 6 weeks. As a group, we will inspire each other and support each other in our goals and visions. Additionally I will meet with each of you individually after the first and last sessions.

After you sign up you will be sent a well-being assessment to fill out and send back to me. This will get the wheels turning in your mind and it will give me a chance to get to you and what your priorities are.

Week 1 – Intro, creating your wellness vision and setting short and long term goals.

I will meet with each one of you privately via zoom after this initial meeting to review your Wellness Vision and goals.

Week 2 – Share your wellness vision with each other and we’ll get deeper into setting goals. We will pick a theme for the next week.

The following weeks will continue on the path to your vision by setting daily and weekly goals. We will celebrate successes and learn from when goals are not met.

Each week the group will pick a theme related to the groups’ collective goals such as:

  • Eating clean

  • Basic principles of energy balance

  • Myths about body fat loss

  • Breathing methods for better health and stress relief

  • Why not reaching a set goal is sometimes more valuable than “success”

  • Creating work / family balance

  • True Self care

  • Implementing a fitness program

  • Boosting your metabolism

  • Working out when you have a physical limitation

  • Or any health related topic agreed on

The goal at the end of the 3 month process is that you feel empowered and autonomous and will continue with momentum on your path to your wellness vision either on your own or with periodic “check-ins”.

It is best if you attend the live sessions but If you miss a night the sessions will be recorded and available to any member of the group for 7 days.
